Select Candidate & Interview Type

Once AI parsing is done, open the ‘Candidate’ section. From the top-right, you can either Log an Interview (if it’s already conducted) or Schedule an Interview ( a new one) by selecting the mode -Telephonic, Video, Walk-In, along with date and time.

Step 2:
Configure Interview & Scorecard

While scheduling an interview in BizHire, you can add interviewer notes or guidelines from the Interviewers & Scorecard section for the interviewee. You can include interviewer details and suitable scorecard for the role right from here.

Step 3:
Run & Review Final Interviews

Conduct interviews or track scheduled ones, with our top interview scheduling software. Review transcripts, scores, and insights to shortlist candidates faster.

  • Cancel: Cancel a scheduled interview anytime
  • Mark as complete: Use after the interview ends to mark it finished.
  • Submit feedback: Move to the feedback stage and add the required scores.
  • View feedback: View submitted feedback for the candidate anytime.
