Step 1:
Log or Schedule an Interview
After AI parsing, open the candidate profile from the ‘Candidate’ section. From the top-right, you can either Log an Interview if it’s already conducted and needs to be recorded for team visibility, or Schedule an Interview by selecting the mode (Telephonic, Video, Walk-In), along with date and time.
Step 2:
Choose “Interviewers & Scorecard” for Extra Guidelines
While scheduling an interview in BizHire, you can add interviewer notes or guidelines from the Interviewers & Scorecard section. Along with interviewer details, you can select a suitable scorecard to evaluate candidate skills.
Step 3:
Visit Interviews for final check
After submitting all the requirement within your AI hiring interview software you can visit the ‘interviews’ option from side bar to check if your interview is scheduled successfully.
- Cancel: Cancel a scheduled interview anytime
- Mark as complete: Use after the interview ends to mark it finished.
- Submit feedback: Move to the feedback stage and add the required scores.
- View feedback: View submitted feedback for the candidate anytime.
