Leadership

Taufik Shaikh is the Head of Product at Bizwork, a platform that makes daily office operations simpler and more human with AI. With 13+ years of experience in UI/UX design and product leadership, he combines technical insight with a focus on people to solve real business challenges. After serving as the Head of Visual Experience at Peerbits, his growing curiosity for AI and next generation technologies led him into product leadership, where he now focuses on building intelligent, AI driven solutions for Bizwork. His work centers on designing systems that simplify complex office workflows. For Taufiq, technology is meant to support human decisions, not replace them. He believes in keeping things transparent, fair, and easy to use, with a simple goal: Empower people, remove friction, and create lasting value for organizations.
